Anchor development for the wider regeneration of the Learning Quarter of Bradford.  The creation of a 1026 student beds, set on its own campus next to the main university campus. The build consisted of 9 separate buildings to accommodate cluster flats of 6 bedrooms with ensuite facilities and 12 bedroom town houses. Built within a 82 week construction period.

• Delivered on a turnkey basis including all furniture, fittings and equipment and IT and communication installations on a fully commissioned basis
• Sustainable design features, such as solar panels, combined power and heat (CHP) system, rainwater harvesting and sustainable drainage systems (SUDS) pond
• Obtained the environmental assessment award; BREEAM, rating of Outstanding
