An extensive refurbishment of the existing Phoenix South West building to create a new Health and Wellbeing centre for the University of Bradford. The new facilities include a Physiotherapy department, Optometry suite, Pharmacy, Phlebotomy and Pathology Lab for both patient seeing and educational purposes utilising a number of lecture and office rooms for members of staff. The upper floors have been turned into a variety of incubator style office rooms for the Digital Health Academic Zone to expand the University’s existing operations.
