The extensive fit out of 4 existing retail shell units to create a combative indoor playground including food and drink. Currently, we are engaged on three projects in Leeds, Sheffield and Southampton as Contract Administrator and 1 project in London City Centre as Principal Designer

• Working within live shopping / retail outlets which are in full use and occupation
• Fast tracked 8 – 10 week construction programmes
• Liaison with various stakeholders and interested parties including Contractors, Landlords, Franchisees and centre management teams.
