We have completed many large commissions managing the fit-out phase of construction projects. We are experienced in producing the tenant fit-out handbook; briefing fit-out contractors and ensuring works are completed within the limitations of the shell build. 

It is a role that can require complex information management with regards to requests for alterations and production of landlord health and safety information. We are experienced in setting up and managing systems to aid this process.
